It was removed due to copyright issues, as sailorseal mentioned.
Either of the Classic ones have practically the same setup, and after a few games you won't even notice the difference
There are plenty of alternative maps with similar and more interesting setups which you'll discover over time. World 2.1 is probably as close as you'll get to a standard world map.
When you finish your 5th game you'll be able to play lots more settings and maps.
Oh, and the word "RISK" is something of a curse around here
