THAT a copy of this resolution be distributed to the President of the United States, the President of the United States Senate, the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, the Speaker of the House and the President of the Senate of each state’s legislature of the United States of America, and each member of the Oklahoma Congressional Delegation.

What people aren't realizing is that the original version of this bill (which was vetoed) was issued in June of 2008, back when George W. Bush was president. So, it was really red states defending themselves against the tyranny of the president they voted to elect.

It doesn't seem to me that you read the legislation... They are asserting that the federal government stop oppressing states and abusing its authority by treating the states as agents of the federal government, when the federal government is supposed to be a representative body of the states.
