That's only for the flandre belge but there is also the french ahd zeeland ones
so it commonly said les Flandres

While the bonus calculator is a valuable tool, sometimes the numbers can be tweaked a bit... and in a situation with a continent with 2 borders like England, I'd rather see it a touch underpowered than a touch overpowered.
