CC 2000+ MAJOR'S GAMES!

The points are a factor, but more than that....these are the players that play all the time, and are extremely tough to beat...

there is hardly ever drama or silly accusations...we can usually chat about other things as we all plot to kill one another...and have fun doing it

you know when you won, you didnt just scoop up some noobie that didnt know what they were doing...that can be fun...but not that fun...

id rather have a few less points, and enjoy playing again...if you only want points...you really do have to limit yourself to your strong areas

and this will eliminate the need for private games if one of us just wants a friendly game worth 20 or 30 points

The whole point of this is to deter those who shamelessly hunt down newbs just to gain points. I know that I never did that on purpose, once I realized that mostly newbs were joining my public doubles games, I started searching to join against high ranked players, which is pretty much how I thought of this whole concept. I think that points are overrated. If you think you are man enough to play with the best, then play a colonel game and lets see you put your points where your mouth is.

Okay everyone, I know that we are just getting started and everything and we seem to be doing great, but it would really be helpful to everyone that when you make games... please post the game #'s here. Don't post the password (obviously). IF you want the password, pm me or Fitz privately, okay? I will change it if I find out that someone gets it that shouldn't. I just noticed another thing, there is a captain in one of the games. Now, I've been a captain before, obviously, and there is nothing wrong with being a captain, but this group was made to be a place where COLONELS could go and play games without losing too many points. So, if you would all please keep this in mind. If I drop below colonel, I'd extend the same courtesy until I made my way back up, I hope that you will all do the same. Thanx again.

I really don't mind dropping the game until i become a colonel.
Espetialy since i see a lot of people are having a problem with it.

I dont want to rain on the parade, but the "elite" games are played by players not just 1 rank, but 2 ranks below the required minimum in points. Once the password is passed out, how will this be any different?

I guess we just have to rely on people being honourable.

I have very rarely seen any captains in elite games, and don't remember seeing a single lieutenant, so I don't think it's quite as bad as you make out.

if someone who knows the password and has dropped much below 2000 joins....i doubt they are going to win that game...i wouldnt suggest any illegal behavior...but joining a game that is set up for 2000 points when youre way below is reason enough for me to attack

also i would think they would be embarrased to join...i sure would be...there is a buffer zone as said, but if anyone sees me without my hat in there, ill be mortified

and this is meant to be a fun arena for colonels to play...i doubt we would let the occasional point terrorist ruin it...i wouldnt

and i did send it out to anyone over 2000 points...it doesnt matter to me about how many games they played

one of MC's posts said he only cared about someone having 2000 points, so i sent them out that way

you guys can set this up however you want...im just glad it got started,

i knew there would be some questions to be answered, but it seemed like it was better to just adjust as we went...

i just wanted some of these games....i honestly didnt think anyone would mind as long as they had 2000 points...and i did have to pm around 100 people roughly 3 days after Master Chief pmed me...i tried to structure it based on what was posted...
