i'm suggesting that at the end of a game, a step by step review of the game be implemented. for one, it'll allow people to review abuse claims like multis or secret diplomacy, AND it's a great way to teach new recruits how to play. in general, it can let anyone review what they did in turns past to see why they lost, how they won, what happened on a specific turn (i had a stack of 20 on a terr, my next turn it was all gone and i had to wonder WTF?), etc. the review should include how many units are lost during an attack, how many units are left on a terr, and other such important things. best of all, i don't see a way this can be abused.
but is this possible?

NICE I LIKE it How about making it where you can also see the previous round so you dont have to read the game log(except in game FoW)
also i tell this to everyone who does it but plz use a form next time.

Great idea. There's no reason it shouldn't be possible, since the data is obviously there (or the game couldn't happen)...it's just hidden during the game.DarthBlood wrote:i'm suggesting that at the end of a game, a step by step review of the game be implemented. for one, it'll allow people to review abuse claims like multis or secret diplomacy, AND it's a great way to teach new recruits how to play. in general, it can let anyone review what they did in turns past to see why they lost, how they won, what happened on a specific turn (i had a stack of 20 on a terr, my next turn it was all gone and i had to wonder WTF?), etc. the review should include how many units are lost during an attack, how many units are left on a terr, and other such important things. best of all, i don't see a way this can be abused.

i didn't put that as part of my suggestion cuz i figure some people prefer it this way. to be honest, i agree. not reading the game log just makes you lazy.GrimReaper. wrote:How about making it where you can also see the previous round so you dont have to read the game log(except in game FoW)

u=i read it it's just that im more of a visual learner than a reader so that would be my preference, but it would also show you how many armies of yours were destroyed when you watch it.DarthBlood wrote:i didn't put that as part of my suggestion cuz i figure some people prefer it this way. to be honest, i agree. not reading the game log just makes you lazy.GrimReaper. wrote:How about making it where you can also see the previous round so you dont have to read the game log(except in game FoW)

what about for those who dont have Fire Fox
Re: step by step review
Download it. Most businesses don't mind it, as it's more secure generally-speaking.GrimReaper. wrote:what about for those who dont have Fire Fox

Re: step by step review
let's keep the 2 ideas separate then. grim's idea for having the "see what happened last turn" thing can be a plugin, while mine can be added to normal cc. this thing will be really helpful for the society of cooks and its members
