first time user

this is my first time on this site, and i cant seem to figure out how to get a game started. I joined a game, and all three of us couldn't figure out how it would start nothing was happening. it just sits there, can someone help me on getting started please

no sorry i joined a game that works, but the last one i was in just sat there, thanks anyway
