Warsteiner/Renegades case is just one of many cases where player was allowed to buy premium membership again even tho he was caught cheating. The main reason I have brought out this case is this: cheater didnt buy premium for his original account but for his second account. This clearly shows how it is possible for every cheater to trick every player who has ever put him on ignore list for some reason.
What Im suggesting is that every cheater can buy new premium only for his original account so that the rights of people who choose not to play cheaters never again are protected. At this point there are no guaranties that any player will not be forced to play a cheater ever again if he chooses not to. :

The only problem is, you can't enforce rules on past actions. Warsteiner did it once, he won't do it again.

You're only allowed to keep your first account now. Buying back on a new account gets you banned.

I'm guessing as long as he doesn't get busted again, he should be able to renew on Renegade, but not on Warstiner. If he renews on Warstiner, Renegade should be busted and not allowed to renew.
