Okay first off for all you noobs and dumb people FOW is short for fog of war. So I think when you send in your tournament privilages you can request that you can look through fog to see how things are coming along in games but if you are involved in your own tournament you cant see through it.

No one can see through the fog. It is part of the way the game is coded. Who is to say that you as the organizer are not going to tell people in the game what is going on? I am not saying that you would, but it would be possible and no one would have a clue.

It would still be possible to have a close friend in your tournament game, and then leak him the FoW map.

And this would allow for immense cheating. Definitely not a good idea.
