Georgia and any serif font are fitting on this map.. if you could apply a drop shadow to your fonts. .I feel that does wonders visually.

My main issue with the font is the variation in size. There is no good reason why they should be different sizes, with perhaps the exception of the star territories. I don't know how many times the font size has been mentioned, but you can not continue to ignore it.

The yellow font is okay, but white with a black stroke/outline would probably be better. You could then reverse this for the black font, having a white stroke/outline. I think the font is the last big hurdle holding this map back.

Even if you don't go with the commanders... I think a simple fix of...

'Northern Army', 'Central Army', 'Southern Army' would be better than Army Group names.

I agree, it's not like they have to be exact translations.

I combine more Text colors in map.
If you see what you most like just wrote name of teritory.
Combine and 2 idea comanders and army for german teritory.

My opinion for text is that old colors its best for map,these i think.

The new fonts are just bad. But the old fonts needed work. Did you purposely make them crap so you could get your way? It wouldnt be the first time.
The fonts STILL need to be changed so they are all the same size.

No you not right, if you dont belive me try to write letter in these way and you see.

1.All letters in georgia font
2.Legend not change and can read.
3.old names not change Sarema-Tallin-Riga-vilnius-Biyalistok=german,Narva-Novgorod-demyansk-Velikye luki=russian not change
4.Teritory central army i change like these-Fill color yelow line black.
5.Cherkasy and Donetsk change in-fill color blask line color yelow.
6.Polotsk and Smolensk add only shadow.
7.Stalingrad Army change in-Fill color white ,line black.
8.Kursk, Belgorod, Kharkow change in-fill color black, line white.
9.orel,tula,voronezh change in-fill color red, line yelow.

note 1-in old names text letters have fill colors and not have line.
note2-Explane number 4-9- text letters have line with weight 0.

I see in these my experiment that if you add lines in letter you can see what wrote.

ABout names of german continents, how about just "Von Bock Army" or "Von Rundsted Army"?

Are you returning the bonuses to their old state?

2.Well i put combination with comanders of these army and Andy sugestion. Yours its 3 sugestion.

the bonuses are great and since it was germany trying to get into ussr then that makes the gameplay more realistic to the time period. This also makes the map more interesting to play as it is different

well you must have country with small bonuses, and i see that players first move its to conquer country who is best for defens.
