Bringing a Friend Along
This is actually a 32-player tournament at Round 1. 16 people sign up in the tournament topic, and before Round 1 starts, get a friend on board as their Doubles partner. All who advance have to find NEW friends for Round 2 and Round 3. In other words, if you get brought in as a friend and your team advances, you're in the tournament proper, and need to Bring a Friend Along to play.

You CAN pick someone who was eliminated in Round 1, as technically speaking come Round 2 they are no longer in the tournament. The same follows for Round 2 going into Round 3.

Round Setup
Round 1:
Map: CCU
Cards: Flat Rate
Fortifications: Unlimited
Fog: Sunny
Players: 4 per game, 32 total
In the first round, 4 groups of players (4 teams per group) will all play each other on CCU. That's a total of 3 games per team. The team with the best record advances to the next round.
Round 2:
Map: Arms Race
Cards: No Cards
Fortifications: Chained
Fog: Foggy
Players: 4 per game, 16 total
In the second round, 2 group of players (still 4 teams per group) will all play each other on Arms Race in a best of 3 series. 9 games maximum per team. The team with the best record advances to the third and final round.
Round 3:
Map: World 2.1
Cards: Escalating
Fortifications: Unlimited
Fog: Sunny
Players: 4 per game, 8 total
In the third round, 1 group of players (the final 4 teams) will all play each other on World 2.1. A final set of 9 games, with the best record determining the victorious team!
