Over the past year or so max has been consistently trolling, spamming, stalking, commenting on play, annoying high ranked players, giving advice for everyone to attack one player that he has a grudge against.
He is not in these games, and a lot of them he is not friends with anyone in the game.. yet he continues to comment like its his right.
Another abuse of not only the game chat, but of a large portion of the CC community.

If given the response "Foe him".
This does not solve the problem of him asking other players to attack us.

I have tried to PM him and ask him to stop commenting in my games,

do you want me to watch every game you do and tell your noobs what to do?
you watching everyone games is alright, you commenting on them all is fcking annoying, esp when you don't know what the fck your talking about.

Not only can I witness to his incessant stalking and pestering but so can many other players including but not limited to all the games that i have listed and the players in them.
I've gone through maybe 10% of the games that he's stalked and commented in with no understanding of the game and no appreciation from the players and that list is what i've got so far.

I've already sent an eticket- months ago actually. Since i dont play anymore he's found a new one to stalk... its been going on for over a year.

Max has obviously been seen as a threat to this site or else lack would not have changed so many settings to prevent new players from being farmed.

I do find it interesting that the only people who actually complain about my advice are those who say that I am a worthless farmer. For instance, I dont believe you included DAT and Me-Da, both of whom say that I dont know anything and that I never play those style of games and that what I say means nothing. However, by saying my interpretation of the game and on what is occurring, I not only help those who are not aware, but since I dont know anything, (in the words of Scott, DAT, Rashid, Bruce, Me-Da, Jeff, bridge, and whoever else complains,) I dont see how it should be a problem to anyone.

The only times Prank ever complains is when he is drunk, and those games are the most fun. The only time that I said anything in pies games is after he tried to cheat me out of points, and none of the other people who you mentioned puts any credence in my knowledge of the game so the only people who should be complaining are the low ranks whose knowledge I am warping by telling them about proper strategy.

Yeah, you should have been there. It was an esc. doodle no card. He got one of the best drops Ive seen. He even got the first go. My first turn I was facing a pile of 11 with no hope to make a game of it. Then they both started dancing around and mocking me. The dice gods mixed with my skill proceeded to send him packing with their foot in each others mouth. It was absolutely priceless.

Only if you include bating and flaming as something meaning good luck, and just to clarify, saying that playing lany and I is free points is degrading our skill and therefore flaming us, while saying that he wants them to beat the shit out of us is baiting and trying to instigate a response.

the people who I was helping LIKED that I was helping and appreciated it. Since I didnt know how to play according to DAT, it clearly should have had no effect on him. DAT was just concerned for the other players, and all of the lower ranked players appreciated the information

Its pretty apparent that the only people who find issue with my commenting are those who dont like me to begin with. I created a thread causing Bruce and Scott to be blocked and exposed their massive amounts of cheating, so why would they want me to stay. The people who have been commenting against me are the same people who comment against me in EVERY thread made and are the same people who are responsible for making these threads. The fact remains that I watch thousands of games, most of which are the games of the people who I listed several posts back. Of all of the people mentioned, and even many of the people who bridge posted links about, only approximately 6 people would say that I am a detriment to the game, and all of them have some ulterior motive by wanting me to be banned. Whether its because I am a farmer, because I beat their friends in a game when they were attempting to farm me, or because I told them off, me posting in game chats has nothing to do with this thread.
