The problem with cityof it is to wider then Shruit, we may have same problem s with space.sully800 wrote:Shruit or cityof are my favorites. And I believe cityof is the font you used for the continent names?
I don't know the font used to for the continent, the font was ancored allready, and this map was pre-made.
Harcourt is a nice font to, similar to the continent font. What do you think?
Eccentric Bold is not bad.
Drummon Semi-Bold would be nice if I enlarge it... I don't know what to do with the font. Please Help! The font decision is hold the progress of the map.
If sameone thinks any name is not "fiting" good, please tell me.

I like the Eccentric Bold font use in Zaria, it is the most fitting. I think it suits the rest of the map quite well, and maybe it's just me but it seems to go with the style of names you're using as well. I would leave the continent font as is though, I don't think it hurts to have multiple fonts on the map if they complement each other.
I think the title and legend need to be changed as they don't follow the same visual style as the rest of the map.

Looking at it as a whole, I agree, the Zaria font matches well with the Continents' font, but the one's in the legend don't. Maybe use the Continent font for "Legend" and then do the rest in the Zaria font.KEYOGI wrote:I like the Eccentric Bold font use in Zaria, it is the most fitting. Well Daf, I'm going to have to stop you from working on this further. As you mentioned in a post above, you said this was a pre-made map.
And due to copyright reasons, http://home.quicknet.nl/qn/prive/lm.bro ... map_en.png
(If you look on the legend) I cannot let you work on it any longer. Or at least, there is no hope of getting it onto the site, without with proper agreement from the original Cartographer to use the image.
Sorry to say, I should've noticed it earlier on the first version.
