sick map, I will only join that one... so many grand memories... teams is what it's made for. playing all night on that map is a better experience than any other!

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but for anyone else does it seem to be impossible to reinforce troops from Pakistan to Egypt? I had that problem on my last turn on this map. Perhaps someone can confirm this possible problem for me?

well if there are enemies blocking your route, then yes, it is impossible.

if you are playing adjacent, yes, it is impossible.

No territories were in the way, and when I tried to reinforce to territories adjacent to Egypt from Pakistan, I got the "Illegal Reinforcement" message. And just so you know, I am using the Unlimited Fortification Setting.

EDIT: I suppose I should add that I'm having this problem in game 3807601.

I think perhaps you should play more than 30 times on it before suggesting its revamp...ive played it 740ish times
It has one minor error with click maps in africa...but other than that, its the epitome of world domination

If there arent copyright issues...keep it the way it is, and many have grown to love....

Interesting - I assume this is due to army numbers being too close together - and it's easy to click on the wrong territory?

its perfect as is - Except for the fact that the graphics are not as good as most new maps
its the most fair map on the site - Game play would probably not change
its a map of the world on a world domination game - That wouldn't change (See above)
no one but yourself wants it changed - ZiM agrees that the graphics on the site have improved
the change is being requested for trivial reasons - Graphics should be updated to keep the quality of the maps at its current level

This map is far better than Classic Shapes -- even before CC had to change countries to numbers and continents to shapes.

A few things are not very clear, is New Zealand (because of the color) part of East Indies? And if it is, (again because of the color) East Indies has 9 terrritories (or 10, is Hawaii because of the color part of the East Indies?)! If East Indies has 9 (or 10) territories and still worth only 4 troops, how come Russia with only 5 territories is worth 4 troops? Furthermore, the African Horn (4 territories) is worth 3 troops while Australia (with 4 territories?!) is worth only 2??
And in La Plata is Tierra del Fuego part of La Plata? And Chile i suppose is part of nothing (i mean of bonus)??

I know i have a lot of questions, but since i am a noob who has been playing non-stop for the past 3 days, i believe that my doubts might be shared by a lot of people who hasn't memorized what is what in the map!!

This is a little frustrating. While in game 4146710 i attempted to reinforce my partners troops with some of my troops from Pakistan. I'm the yellow. Partner is blue. .Game would only allow me to transfer to adjacent Iran. I wanted to move troops to Yeman. Game setting is "Unlimited."
This is my first doubles game but I think I know what to do. Am I missing something? Is it me or the game?

Since its a FOW game, no one else can see what's going on. So, it might be a border issue, or not being able to fort through your partner.

Heyy there guys!

If you look at my game history, you can tell I LOVE World 2.1, and I also love the dymanics and layout of this map. I would love to play it and see it being played. I think that the updates to Australia make it a bit more desirable. Hope to see it soon on game finder!
