I didn't have time earlier on to post the competition. Im getting onto it now

How are finalists determined exactly?

Will there be anyone available to review maps before the second round begins? Both gimil and Incandenza made themselves available for the first round. Just checking to see if this is above board, and if anyone is available, as I think the competition could only benefit from private feedback during the process.
