I thought he was someone killed him in asia and that was his last country I tried to finish him but rolled badly. In truth I was on the can and almost missed my turn so I may be mistaken

Congo and wfrombola are cleared of being multis with each other.

Based from the pm's shown here, that is a strange response coming from wfrombola, more so if red was another one's target in the first place. I can't really point if Congo is guilty of a secret agreement in this game. This shall be noted for future reference.
