Ratings from one IP address are deleted

Concise description:

• Ratings from the same IP address given to the same person are deleted

Specifics:

• As much as I don't care about my rating, I've had a few 1 star ratings from players who turned out to be the same person (busted as a multi)
• This could be automatic, so mods would not have to go running around checking ratings (as with the feedback system)

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• Ratings would be more accurate
• It would possibly discourage multis

No. It has been suggested that ratings by multis are deleted. Deleting ratings from the same IP would be not as smart. There are several people on CC who play with some family member using their computer.

Account sitting? Same IP there too.
Taking a turn from someone else's house? Same IP there too.

IP's aren't very accurate anyway, mine changes on a daily basis.
