• add a feature that allows you to block a users game chat and forum post, but still allows them to join your games

Specifics:

• a foe lite, so to speak

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• when encountering rude people that say inappropriate things in the game chat, you can block exposure to their stupid content while still taking their points
