How do you respond to those who say that you should take a more active roll in the on site PR of this site and not limit yourself to a once monthly comment on a server outage?

So far this calendar year there have been a total of six server outages so far (counting the threads on the announcements page), what is being done to prevent this from occurring in the future.

There are some who think that one of the biggest issues on the forum are the trolling people. How comfortable are you with the trolls and how do you feel about Andy encouraging them?
