Re: Revolutionary War!
Bunker hill would be good but i don't think that the whole revolutionary war would bad either but it seems harder to do bonuses with the whole thing.
Re: Revolutionary War!
actually bonuses arent that hard to do, its just hard to do an idea that isnt like... uh... benelux i think its called? idk, but other websites have done revolutionary war maps and so its harder to make them, although i had a good idea that im pretty sure hadnt been done before for it a month back, but i forgot itcaptainwalrus wrote:Bunker hill would be good but i don't think that the whole revolutionary war would bad either but it seems harder to do bonuses with the whole thing.

It could be like the Civil War map, but with the Thirteen colonies and some British ships on the coast, maybe indian bonuses in the west.

Re: Revolutionary War!
I think the french and indian war would easier and very similar. it would be pretty much the same map but with a little more in the north and west.
Re: Revolutionary War!
yea and with french colonies and indian settlementscaptainwalrus wrote:I think the french and indian war would easier and very similar. it would be pretty much the same map but with a little more in the north and west.
yes but you would also have to include probably england and indian settlments and france and french ships before you would have enough territoriesAlfred0027 wrote:It could be like the Civil War map, but with the Thirteen colonies and some British ships on the coast, maybe indian bonuses in the west.
Re: Revolutionary War!
because it was a slightly modified copy of Lux's revolutionary war map.
edit: also, 2 of the 4 attempts have been mine.

That map also wasn't very historicly accurite. There were a lot of problems.
Re: Revolutionary War!
Not that hard to do bonuses, you could have southern states like +1, Middle states +1, Northern States +1, Canada +2, England +3, France +3, General Washington +2, General Cornwallice +2, General Clinton +1, General (whatever that traitor guy is that went to the brithish side after success with the americans) +1

Benedict Arnold you mean.THE ARMY wrote: General (whatever that traitor guy is that went to the brithish side after success with the americans) +1

Re: Revolutionary War!
HE wasn't a general and he was not that much of a trator. He became a trator because his brilliant strategy of having soldiers in the trees won a major battle but he didn't get any credit so he went to the british who actualy liked him.

Re: Revolutionary War!
How about the Battle of Saratoga? The map would probably fall together well and it was a major turning point during the war.

Re: Revolutionary War!

Saratoga. Looks pretty good, a little concentrated, though. Zoom in on the middle?

wow thank you for your quick reply to my suggestion, that was what I had in mind but my computer skills are non-existant.I hope this map can be seen through I think it would be a great idea for a map.And we could get an American team vs British team to battle it out on it.
thank you very much,

I just finished the rough draft. Check out "Battle of Saratoga" in the New Projects section in about 5 mins.
