Why don't we make an add-on (prior to my earlier post) that changes the way the map looks? The site surely can't be held responsible for members using an add-on. Can they??

My clickable maps don't work with combat and reinforcements - any ideas if I'm doing something wrong? Also, the territories that are attackable from the dropdown lists take forever to populate

What happened to the Classic Map? I really liked the map. That's what everyone is comfortable with when they first joined CC. Can we just change the map to a world map with the same number of territories?

Copyright issues? Sounds like bullshit to me. There are plenty of other RISK copies that don't seem to have a problem showing a map of the world (you can't copyright that concept), a pair of dice (you can't copyright that) and using the word 'attack' (and you can't copyright a word). I have a couple of them sitting on my laptop right now. If the classic map doesn't come back, if the dice don't come back, and if the language isn't reverted, I'm outta here, and off to one of the others.

Just played a speed game on it. Feels like my head is spinning. What a lame kneejerk reaction. You could have at least just temporarily taken the map offline with a better response from your users than this.

If you guys are so worried about copyright issues (which in this case seems rather arbitrary i.e who has copyrights over dice, etc.), why not just get a good lawyer and in the case of a copyright infringement, USE that lawyer to win your case.
