What is the purpose of adding more luck when we already have dice, and flat rate sets that range from 4 to 10? Besides, if you actually are one of the few people that wants luck, go play a 1 v 1 or an 8 player assassin on either Doodle Earth or Luxembourg. Also, most people on the site complain about having too much luck rather than not having enough.
