complaint

Post by banockles »

This is the 2nd time i have posted this., the 1st time it was illegally taken down by a moderater. since this a fee paying site and i am a fee paying member i sent all details to paypal customer solutions who once again assured me that staff must leave this message posted. i am interested in people contacting me with a view to demanding our fee back. this is for several reasons, the cheating clan member moderaters, about 50 per cent of mods, the verbally abuse you with no threat of legal action mod, and lastly, the site owner who actually goes around pretending his father is a barrister and threatens to sue you if you demand payment back. when you pay a fee., the person who takes that fee, does so in the full understanding that he must meet certain legal minimum requirements, ie he must have a way for customers to contact owners or managers of site and by-pass volunteer, unpaid mods, as the complaint may be about them. Any1 who is interested please pm me. If this is taken down again then i have been told site must immediately pay me or pay pal with with-hold all pending fee payments to mr lack as he is breaking real laws and paypal code of practise for customers, of which he is 1. he is only a customer to them same as you and i at the end of the day and if you open a complaint against him and site with paypal it will be dealt with and you will be refunded

why is it that you want a refund?

what happened?

given you've played almost 500 games ... that works out to about 4 cents a game

playing about 7 games a day since you became a member wouldn't seem to be typical behavior of a dissatisfied customer

If you would like, I will not lock this thread, but the other thread was never "taken down" it was simply locked. The thread can be found here. Nothing illegal has been done. As you may not have been able to read in my reply in the other thread, the Return & Refund Policy is clearly stated on the Rules Page:
Rules Page wrote:Return & Refund Policy

No refunds, all sales are final.

I think I may have sent banockles over the edge yesterday, as I became the umpteenth player to be accused of cheating in some heinous way by banockles.

What to do when the boogey man is lurking under the bed waiting to pounce?

"I'm not paranoid, I just know they are all out to get me." Banockles said after the game, explaining his latest tantrum to CC Sports.

A while back I actually saw banockles accuse a major of deliberately throwing a game for a cook, I kid you not.

Yesterday, I'm not sure if he felt I was throwing the game to a private or if the private was throwing the game to me, or for that matter why on earth either of us would want to throw the game at all.

Many things can simply not be explained in this crazy, crazy world...

I'm just curious as to why you're complaining about the mods when you have only made 3 posts and almost all the moderators only deal with the forums.

What is it that you're complaining about that makes you want your money back?

HA!!! with 3 posts, i can not imagine how persecuted you must be! the mods are in the forums, where you are not!!! what is your complaint? this is BEYOND ridiculous, and i can't even understand what it is that you are trying to communicate. take a deep breath, step away from the computer, and figure out what it is you are trying to convey. then, and only then, try to post something a bit more clear. as it is, you have stated ZERO! why do you want a refund? how are the mods cheating you, since their only power is in the forums? are they blocking you from posting? from reading? please, break it down for me...-0

p.s.-thanks DaGip, for the SWEET avatar!!!

p.p.s.-

I take offence to this statement by you "the mods are usually stay at home no jobs tramps who actually insult you more than the cheats and are usually in a clan and so have no neutrality." as I don't ever recall even talking to you before.....but ok....nor have I had anything to do with your situation...
