Apologies hecter, I just looked at Owens (which didn't have text), and knew FC had the same...I didn't pay attention to whether or not FC had text underneath, or not.

No he didn't. T-o-m said himself in livechat when he got the warning it never said the post he had spammed or flamed in. It just said he had spammed and flamed.

No, he can't post in any forum. It is a forum ban after all. I can also argue with Twill all I want. Doesn't mean it'll change anything, but I'll still argue. Also, slight correction, 3 of his warnings would be for signatures, as one of his ban was a signature ban, and another was a duplicate ban.

t-o-m is a good chap. Sorry to hear that the nazi mods struck again...but t-o-m knew it was coming a while ago. Oh well. I got t-o-m's email, as long as he can still play games, that's cool. I'm with RJ. I'm not the world's biggest tom fan, but he was a solid contributor to the foundry (in an era where solid contributors are far too few).

I liked Tom as well, from skimming the posts it seems to be irrelevant. I'm sure he did break forum guidelines but to be completely banned. Wow...
I didn't notice any totally awful posts by him- a lot were helpful. I could name a couple that are worse offenders.

As what Incand said, a big contributor to the Map Foundry. 'It's a shame that it had to come to this....

Ok, this time the mods have gone too far. Wicked and suggs and lion actually did something to deserve it, and I like wicked and suggs but I'll admit their bans were justified. All the others were banned before I joined, but it seems their bans were also justified. This is just uncalled for. He got 3 bans and five warnings (not counting sig infringements), and his main misdeeds are flaming outside of FW now and then, which everyone does, plus baiting ans spamming, which the mods can't even define. Who are they gonna ban next? Snorri? DM?

No 6 warnings actually, but still it really isn't fair. He even got a ban and warning for rick rolling. Also a warning for typing grazie in the italian language forum when he didn't speak italian.
