no, it's a joke from my old avvy with Chad Johnson. in the NFL, u aren't allowed to do celebrations or u get fined. so now, the new acronym for NFL is No Fun League, since u aren't allowed to have any fun. Chad Johnson, the guy with the sign, always gets fined, that's why i have that.
