Please read the post Jeff Hardy made above. The ratings system cannot be abused, because it is not moderated. Please do not pull a wicked and invent rules for your own convenience.
I don't know about that--open to interpretation, I guess. Under rules you can find:
Unwritten Rules
Obviously any gross abuse of the game is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: throwing games or deliberately benefiting from thrown games, intentional deadbeating, serial teammate killing, hijacking accounts.
(emphasis added)
and under Instructions about the ratings system you see this:
Whenever leaving ratings, use caution and good judgement. You are responsible for the ratings that you leave and they become a permanent part of the other member's record, so be sure to leave only fair and factual ratings that relate to the member's behaviour in the game.
The part about "fair and factual" would indicate to me that there can be abuse of the system, although it may fall under unwritten rules
