Missing a Turn in Doubles

I have a player whom looking at his other games I think is away, he has missed 2 turns, does it mean that if he misses the 3rd go that the game is suspended? I ask as I have taken two majors down to the point that I can eliminate them both and win the game on the next go, but my team mate is about to miss a 3rd turn.

He has to miss three turns in a row, not just any three turns.
