Suggestions for Improvements to Suggestions

Concise description:
I believe we should improve the way this forum is run.

• Cicero and I are working on some ways to restructure the forum to get more use out of it. Stay tuned.

Specifics:

• Sticky Important Topics
• Run it similar to the Map Foundry...good ideas and suggestion go through levels of development
• Split the Bug Reports & Suggestions into 2 different "sub forums"

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• People will feel like they are making a difference and their voice isn't lost/ignored
• People not talented enough to use photoshop or make a map can still provide suggestions and advice and be a part of the community
• Good ideas won't be lost in the mess of Bug Reports
• Bug reports won't be lost in the mess of Suggestions

There is a thread elsewhere about subforums (however there were 4 of them).
and I do agree that there should be an admin that just does suggs\bugs (like Andy does mainly Foundry, Twill does forum and forum mods, lack develops the games and does a lot of other things that need doing)
