Button for removing outermost tags/quote-tags

Concise description:

Have a button that removes the outermost tags, or alternately the outermost quote-tags, in the post below

Specifics:

This button will be much like the B bold button, or quote button. Clicking it will remove the outermost tags. If there are multiple sets of outer tags in a post, it either does nothing, removes the last set, or the first.

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

It will allow easier copying of somebody else's BBCode by quoting, without having to find the additional quotes that are added when you hit the "quote" button. There are probably other uses this could have.

You must admit it was a brilliant idea though.
