I just thought it went quite nicely with the theme. The current idea of stronger neutrals on the doubles/triples/outer bull/inner bull is perfectly fine, and my idea does have unneccesary complications. Still, we could have a very unique table. It's just a thought.Dartboard

Fair enough, it was a strange suggestion, and yes I did mean just 20 max not 60 I just thought it went quite nicely with the theme. I know, I even thought of giving more neutral armies on every other territory. But it doesn't seem fair.
