And hes now rubbing it in our face that now he "payed" and cant be banned.

So is this the business practice of CC? Catch someone multiaccounting, then make them pay to stay here? Sounds shady to me.

To my defense, I have already been accused of this, paid my fee and am now a full fledged premium account. Please disregard this foolish attempt at disrupting my service again. I was told that I could rejoin the site by andy once the premium was paid.

If you could assist us with details, we'd happy review the case. And if you upgrade to Premium Membership, you indeed can play again.
