Instant notification of multis busted to their active games

Concise description:
When a multis is busted, instantly send a message to the chat saying "XYZ has been busted of having multiple accounts. "X is primary, and will be suspended pending CC policy. Y and Z are secondary and will be permanently deactivated after all games are ended" To all the multis active games.

This will improve the following aspects of the site:
A lot of suggestions are out there regarding the unfairness of letting multis continue playing. I have already posted my ideal preference ... that they would be forced to just take auto-turns that would quickly run out. (forcing them to lose the game)

BUT, if that is too draconian, then at least notifying the people who are playing these multis would be a step in the right direction. Other players might be able to allie again the multis, some might just quit playing (though with auto-attendance rating that might not be the best idea) or just suicide to end the game quickly, particularly if it is already pretty lop-sided. All things normally not too sportsmanlike, but, in this circumstance ...

Accounts are never deleted, better wordage would be "permanently deactivated".
