No game chat option when creating new game

Concise description:

• There should be an option when creating a game to have game chat or not.

Specifics:

• Checking the no game chat box when creating a game will disable chat during the game. Team chat will not be affected.

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• I think this will add a game element similar to the fog of war. A no politics allowed game so to speak.

That just makes PMing (AKA secret alliance) look like an option to those players. It would be too appealing to them, especially with newer players. It may confuse them.
