Any account that is created on CC cannot be deleted. The worst thing that can happen to you is a permanent ban for multiple accounts and/or other severe abuse.

I know that you stated a fact, Joodoo, but stating that by itself may send the wrong message. I suppose if you don't want to play anymore, simply don't log in anymore and nothing else would happen. If, in the future, you may want to play again, then you can always reactivate the same account. I feel fatigued by all this conquerclub as well sometimes but I know I will always come back for more abuse. LOL!

I'm confused, Fireside Poet, because I take your word as law, being a moderator and a multihunter at that, but are you saying it would be okay for one to start a new account, therefore, a "second account" (aka - to become a multi)? Or does one have to wait for the old account to be deactivated first then start a new account? If so, how long does one have to wait?

Opening a new account regardless = Multiple Accounts, which is not condoned period.

Iccinot Nabrus, FP was not telling the player to start a new account. He was only commenting on the fact that the player has a score in the 800s. As an official response to this thread: accounts are not deleted or deactivated. They remain persistent, so if someone comes back to CC after a long break, they can use the same username. If you do create a second account, you are in violation of Rule #1, and you will be caught and banned.

My bad. Thanks for the clarification lancehoch. I respect Fireside Poet. I do read this forum regularly and I think he does an excellent job. Of course he wouldn't tell anyone to cheat. I don't know why I didn't get it. My sincerest apologies. Hopefully, this thread will be closed soon so I can work on feeling less embarassed about my actions. Doh! )
