Newbies and Deadbeats

Well over the past week I have joined in multiple games where we have multiple deadbeats, and team games especially it is annoying, both for the person partnered, and everyone else. So I mentioned on one of the game chats some ideas I had, and the 3 players that are left (from the other 2 deadbeats) suggested I post them in the forums, so here I go:

For any newbie they get flagged that if their they skip their turn even once during a game they get kicked, and this lasts until they have completed 3 games. They must have either won or been beaten in the game for it to count. I dont know what to suggest for team games, it is frustrating when you have 3 teams in a game, and one team doesnt show up at all to play.

Secondly, is there anyway for the game creator to set a 12 hour turn timer instead of 24hrs. Yes, I know this can be problematic for when you are playing against folks across the globe, but this way it is up to the game creator.

Anyway, it is just an idea, let me know what you all think.
