o my, this is not just a bad clan idea, we even got bigomist *my spelling sucks, then again im wishing i was drinking vodka because of this thread* and blind jesus lovers trying to restrict it all..... umm jesus was about love and acceptence to all, why the hell can you not do that for a clan and keep Jesus's ideals alive, i mean for christ on a stick sake you worrship him!!

Is there a reason there's now a leadership poll attached to this thread? Don't you think there's a sizeable possibility that non-Jesus Freaks will take it upon themselves to vote?

My understanding was to PM your vote on each of the 6 issues to Caleb.

My idea:

Pastor- Leader. Has powers over the Deacons and Elders, but the Board of Elders have to vote on his ideas before they pass.

Boards Deacon- Regulates the message board. Is on the Board of Elders.

Prime Deacon- Pastor's mouthpiece. Collect referendumsfrom the non-Elder people.

Bilingual Deacon, FR- Regulates Francophone members.

Bilingual Deacon, NO- Regulates Norwegiaphone members.

(Bilingual spots are flexible, those are just ideas. There could be Lusophones (Portuguese) or Espanaphones, or whatever.)

Two Elders- On the board of elders

Pastor and Prime Deacon serve six-month terms. Everyone else serves three-month terms. Re election is possible.

I think we shouldn't let anybody else join until we've got this somewhat organized. But after we've gotten a Leader, electoral system, rules, etc we can begin including more members. But that's just my opinion, if all the rest of you want to let more people in now, I would add GandalftheWhite to the memberlist.

And in regards to propsal 1, I am waiting for 1 more vote.
At first this person couldn't decide between 3 different people, but this vote could cause a tie between two candidates, in which case I will call for a run-off election between the two.
