1. This idea has been presented again and again and again. Maybe not
quite as much as "change the dice", but close.
2. If available, it would be harder for new people to find games and this would reduce the chances of them becoming real members.
3. Everyone began, everyone played with people who were tolerant ... and improved to become good players eventually.
4. An option exists ... to play private games. Public games are just that ...
public.
