I started a World 2.0 game and then two high ranking players joined and I don't have a good feeling about it. Any advice?

Just because they're high ranked doesn't mean they're good. Maybe they were quite lucky in several standard games and got tons of points through it.
Also, since luck is a such a heavy factor in this game, there is always a chance to defeat anyone, no matter what their rank is.

Anyway, there's one thing you MUST do, no matter what.
Talk to your partner.
It's a doubles game, you and green are in one team. Coordinate your attacks, make plans, fortify each other as needed. Don't just take your turns and hope for the best.
