Your tournament makes no sense. If you have 4 players that are all trying to lose the game will never end as no-one would attack each other.

For this one I think he means that the people who win the games will be eliminated, while the players who lose the games will go on to the next round. So a better title would be: "The Come in Last Tournament"!

And you don't have enough players. New tournament rules (or they aren't that new anymore ) say that minimum players in a tournament is 16. So figure out a way how to make it at least 16 player tourney

You also have to make it a rule that dead-beating (missing turns), doesn't count as losing in this tournament. Otherwise that's how people will try to "win" the tourney. Man, whoever "wins" will have lost EVERY game they played! Along w/ a bunch of points....
