It'd be cool to have in your profile more options such as Highest Score, favourite game mode etc

Various Profile improvements are planned, though they are lower on the priority list I believe.

theyre not exactly hard to do, should take 5 minutes to set up

Contrary to your thinking, some indeed are, as they require some amounts of data.

But some are planned, so hold tight.
