The fact that he hasn't even answered my PM has brought me to this point.

He only needs a reason that seems "just" to him. You may have noticed that, here in CC, Twill has more responsibilities/power than you do. That means that his opinion matters more than your's. You may not like it, but it ain't gonna change anytime soon.
