broccoli helps prevent cancer! I eat it regularly. I also try to eat as many beets as i can for colon cancer and such.

vitamin C is best from fresh fruits and vegetables, I have heard. You don't get the same quality from a pill. I am not big on pills anyhow.

Same here. I find it much easier to just eat an orange than to take a pill.
However I am an expert pill swallower. I can even swallow one without water (audience gasps)...

I like to eat broccoli, carrots, peas, and corn. I will devour potatoes in any form, especially baked, served with a side of steak. I can't stand lettuce, cabbage, brussel sprouts, or asparagus (makes your pee stink).

Though right now, I would be happy for ANYTHING fresh grown (never refridgerated -- takes flavor away, though it does prolong storage).

My second choice would be either fresh garden tomatoes or fresh zucchini ... though ask me in a couple of months and I will may have my fill of them... : )
