Can you please remove this neg. Thank you ! I have recieved some pretty dumb neg. feedbacks recently ! Thanks I hate these things plagueing me!

To get a negative feedback removed you need to fill out an eticket. Click on the help tab, scroll to the bottom of the page, fill out the form, change "Department" to "Feedback Moderation." This will take some time, so be patient.
