Why does it take so long for some of these complaints to be dealt with?
It doesn't seem like it is all that hard of an issue. Either it is the same person creating multiple accounts or it isn't. Either they have a secret alliance or they don't. Is there a shortage of people that want to deal with it or does Lack need to spend some of the oodles of money this site brings in to hire more people?
Even clear cut issues such as this one take weeks to be resolved...
