I thought I recognised it from the previous shot. It's Attack of the Killer Tomatoes!

Funnily enough I posted a shot from Return of the Killer Tomatoes way back on page 56

Correct, the musicians were at Mount Vernon where Gray met his editor. Here's another blowed up car
