Freestyle Doubles tournament?

Hey I was wondering if there were any Freestyle Doubles tournaments in the making. Is anyone planning on organizing one? If not does someone want to organize one? Or maybe I can organize it if no one else wants to. Just let me know of any of these in the making or if there is interest in one.

There are some double tournaments, but I don't know if they are freestyle. Even if some one is doing it go ahead, and organize one. Nobody has it copy righted. :D

I and my doubles partner simor are planning one, but things in rl are hectic so don't know when it will come.
But as Ricco said, it's not copyrighted or anything so you can run one :D
Oh, and I think that there has never been a freestyle doubles tournament, I've looked around a bit and looking for one.

Cool, if its never been done before - I'd like to be in the first one. I'm not sure if I'll be able to organize it, but we'll see. If any one else wants to organize it - feel free to go ahead and start it up.

Go for it. Get something set up and a Director will happily help you tweak the format if you are having trouble with it. (Just remember that you have to do the work, not us :wink: )

My suggestion would be to start with something simple such as a 16 player single-elimination bracket. Check out the Tournament Handbook for help.

We'll see. I have a little expirience organizing a tourny. I did one for the spanish forums a long while back.
