Back to the Basic'sNON-PREMIUM'S ACCEPTEDWe are blessed here in CC with over 70 maps, playing with fog of war, freestyle, so many card settings, 8 full player games... BUT let us not forget the great game that began all this? Risk itself... If you were to go to any local tournament in your town how would you be playing? In this tournament we will play 36 players separated into 6 player groups, and all settings are based on how the bored game displayed it! So the question is, do you respect this game enough to play the traditional gameplay?
Map:
Classic (the only game bored for decades)
Players:
6 (The standard colors which came in your average risk box)
Type:
Standard (was there any other back then? I think not
)
Play Order:
Sequential (No such thing as freestyle until Risk II came out)
Cards:
Escalating (Official risk rulebook stated this as the case)
Fort:
Adjacent (Official risk rulebook also stated this as the case)
Fog O War:
Sunny (no such thing as fog on a boardgame!)
-Each group below represents one of the colors in the original game board, everyone has a color they HAVE to play with on the game, so what do you want to represent, what is your lucky color for signups?
We play on these original settings, winner take all! after each of the 6 player games ends the winner advances into the final 6-player game! So do you love the game enough to respect the basics? Good luck and have fun!
