In a normal game when you eliminate an opponent you receive their cards. Though this can be helpful at times, i believe it would be more challenging if it wasn't' on part of the game. I propose a game option (Spoils of War) that allows you to pick weather or not that rule is effective.
what do you all think

There are particular setting that I find totally boring, but that doesn't lead me to believe others should be denied the option.Proximus Ventor wrote:without that rule escal games would be totally different and just plain boring.
This suggestion might be taken in another direction as well. There could be a setting that does not force you to play cards until the next round if you eliminate someone and take in enough cards to put you over 5.

if you don't want cards from your opponents when you eliminate them play 'no card' games.shadowsteel9 wrote:In a normal game when you eliminate an opponent you receive their cards. I find that eliminating all cards from the game makes it horribly boring, unless you are playing somewhere like feudal. The spoils of war option is simply a way to make the game more challenging, and if you like getting your opponent's cards then you would just keep the option on.greenoaks wrote:if you don't want cards from your opponents when you eliminate them play 'no card' games.shadowsteel9 wrote:In a normal game when you eliminate an opponent you receive their cards. I'm just trying to find a happy medium between no cards and being able to get your eliminated opponent's cards. I think it would truly show how good a player you are.
