okay people kept ignoring me in chat... I can't understand how that game works. I can't find where I'm attacking. I "annihulated" some guy and yet didn't take over his city/square/something?
my square/something was touching 4 other things, but I can attack like a batrigillion things?
please for the love of God, someone explain that to me? I'm begging the guy I'm playing against to just finish me off. It's just me and him and I wont die. I wish I never entered that game. It's too complex for my blond brain.

Okay so here it is:
1. When you annihilated someone with artillery (bombardment) you convert that territory to neutral.
2. This problem is probably because your square/something is a cavalry unit. Cavalry can attack up to 2 squares away from their original square. It's actually pretty usful.
Hope I've been helpful, but next time read the map more carefully next time!!!

Re: Waterloo
if you are still unsure pm me the game number when you are going to take your next turn and if i'm on i'll pop in.
you can then ask me whatever you are unsure of in the game chat.
