HERE ARE THE QUESTIONS:

1. A 12 year-old girl has cancer. Her father refuses to allow chemotherapy. Instead, he believes in alternative medicine. Should the child be removed from his custody?

2. A colleague is out of her office. You notice her paycheck stub on her desk. Do you glance at it?

3. A disgruntled worker is brandishing an automatic weapon. You're near a door. If you try to warn others you may not escape. Do you save yourself?

4. A friend asks you to write a letter of reference. He's poorly qualified for the job. Do you refuse?

5. A friend calls it "the best entertainment in town." He uses a scanner to listen to lovers talking on cell phones. Do you do it?

6. A friend has become a "know-it-all." It's annoying. Do you confront him/her?

7.A friend thinks his idea for a theme restaurant will make a fortune. You think he'll lose his shirt. Do you discourage him?

8. A friend's spouse is coming on to you. Do you tell the friend?

9. A genie offers you a remote control device that will make your lover do anything you want. Do you accept the gadget?

10. A good friend is having an extramarital affair and asks you to provide an alibi. Do you?

11. A land settlement gives First nation people thousands of square miles and millions of dollars. Someone has a petition opposing any giveaway. Do you sign it?

12. A loved one is in a car accident and is dying. You're asked to donate his organs for a transplant. Do you? (note: you don't know the persons wishes.)

Remember, only answer your question! After all have answered their questions, I will annouce the NOMINATION PHASE. Good Luck!

Answer to (my) 7:

I would. He needs to have my input. If he still thinks it will work he can go the hell ahead.

Or do you want simple yes, no? I can do either.

Written out, in its entirety. (not just #7) The more you explain your answer the better!

3. A disgruntled worker is brandishing an automatic weapon. You're near a door. If you try to warn others you may not escape. Do you save yourself?

Your scenario is not very detailed and i will need to make some assumptions:
1. That there is a high chance that I will die if i warn others, if the chance was low of course I would try to warn others.
2. I do not have any close relationship with the workers, obviously if my wife and/or kids were in this place I would warn them at the cost of my life.
3. I do not have a debt to any of the other workers, they have not helped me out majorly in my life before.

If a disgruntled worker is brandishing an automatic weapon and I can choose between saving myself and escaping or warning others with a high risk of dying, I would save myself because as stated in my assumptions, i do not know these people very well, they could have full knowledge of this disgruntled workers plans, or could be great friends with him and thus not a target. Also I do not know the disgruntled workers motives, he may not even be out to get the workers, only his superiors. If this is the case warning others could infuriate him to change his plans.

I would save myself and once out phone the police and sms work collegues inside the building.

P.s. I live in Australia and highly doubt anyone over here will be put in such a position, very very hard to obtain a gun over here.

12. A loved one is in a car accident and is dying. You're asked to donate his organs for a transplant. Do you? (note: you don't know the persons wishes.)

To me this senario seems rather easy as opposed to the others, all other numbers do not deal with a loved one's life or death. Therefore I say aslong as the transplant is not harmful to my life I would do it without a second thought.

10. A good friend is having an extramarital affair and asks you to provide an alibi. Do you?

I would provide a allibi, maybee one time. I would encorage the person to break of either the affair or the marrige, as I said i would do it but only once.

8. A friend's spouse is coming on to you. Do you tell the friend?

Yes, I would tell the friend. Why would I not tell the friend? That is one part of being friends: you should be able to trust them, and they should be able to trust you. I would not want to help anyone commit adultury, either.

jay was this question about the one that is dying donating their organs for someone elses transplant, or you donating your own organs to save the one that is dying? it says your asked to donate HIS organs which makes it sound like you would be giving away the dying persons organs. Im not in this game but i wanted some clarification.

Edit: and jay, could you start another one of these games? i want to join.

4. A friend asks you to write a letter of reference. He's poorly qualified for the job. Do you refuse?

It's worth a shot if he wants the job badly. If he puts in the effort to the job that he wants then I'll put in the effort to write a letter of reference. Just because he is poorly qualified for the job doesn't mean he won't be good at it. I always say effort is better than attainment, but if he won't put the effort in, I won't write the letter.

5. A friend calls it "the best entertainment in town." He uses a scanner to listen to lovers talking on cell phones. Do you do it?

No, what people talk about privately is their business, not anyone elses. If you want entertainment go watch a musical or a rock concert.

lol that changes things, if i was asked to donate his i probably would not until he had actaully passed away, but after that he has no use for them, might as well put them to some good.
