idea
Perhaps an equal amount of armies could be taken from the dice after 500, and only the 500 are randomly chosen
why
It would save the servers, keep the map from dumping, and after 500 or 1000, if they dont average out, its kind of silly anyways..
It may not be worth reducing the randomness... a 1500 can easily take 1500 and have 400 over occasionally... but maybe its worth it
To be honest I could argue it either way.. and if the server could handle it, id say keep every roll random.. but id sacrifice some randomnimity for a little more fluid play..
certainly once all can move and fortify, this will be even more important
Change dice for 1000+ attacks

oh no, you can auto attack any number... ive had some fun, except that i have to quit, and come back in...which is fine... this is more to see if people would have any problems with assuming the dice after 1000 or something would be random.... technically it could change games... 10000 against 10000 could result in some pretty skewed results...Night Strike wrote:999 I believe (at least that's the max you can fort, so same may go for attack).AAFitz wrote:they still dump me out of a game over 600 or so.. maybe he actually chose a point over 1000 already
big difference between killing them with 5 left over, and 2000 left over
Almost 2000 games played, and I have never seen more than 70 men or so in any army, let alone as many as 100, or the ridiculous totals of 1000 to 1500 that was first mentioned in this thread. If you have armies that big on the board, than no one is really trying to win. You're all just sitting around seeing how many armies you can accumulate.

actually if there are a lot of armies, the players are usually just trying to win... not gain armies.. its very easy to end games by making bad moves... but not attacking because it reduces your chance of winning.. is simply a good move... I commend you on all of your bad decisions that lost you games quicker though.. bravo!Jamie wrote:Almost 2000 games played, and I have never seen more than 70 men or so in any army, let alone as many as 100, or the ridiculous totals of 1000 to 1500 that was first mentioned in this thread. technically a no cards game with all captains should never end... it takes bad moves to lose those games much more than it takes good moves to win them
In any case.. im attacking with thousand stacks every day now.... i feel bad clicking auto, but at the same time, clicking attack isnt very realistic either
